PARTY AT THE PIT 

Party areas are available by reservation for birthday parties, private parties & special events.

Hosting your birthday party without a party reservation or prior approval is not permitted. You may not host a party in our general seating area; this ensures we have enough space and seating for our guests. Parties are available by reservation and are hosted in our designated party area.

Unless you have booked a PRIVATE party, we are open to the public during birthday parties.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: You are entitled to a 50% refund if you cancel your party at least 14 days in advance. Any cancellation less than 14 days in advance is entitled to a gift card for 50% of the amount paid. We do not offer 100% refunds. Thank you for supporting our small, locally owned business!

*We are unable to provide helium for parties in which you are decorating yourself. Helium will only be provided for “Let us Decorate” and “We Do It All” birthday party reservations. Please do not bring in glitter or confetti. Thank you for your understanding!*

*You MUST be out of your party area at your designated end time. We typically have parties back to back and need time to clean and sanitize the area so the next party can start on time. Please give the same courtesy that the party before you extended.*
